AWJAN Information Technology operates Rawaj (rawajai.com). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the site and use the platform.

Technical usage data: IP address, browser type and sign-in logs, for security.
Commercial data you connect or upload: products, orders and campaigns, which may include your customers' data needed to fulfil orders.

Why we process it

To provide the platform and run your account and its integrations.

To answer your requests and communicate about your subscription.

Your role and ours

For your customers' data processed through Rawaj, you remain responsible for it, and we process it on your behalf and only on your instructions.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the platform (hosting, email and AI models), to the minimum necessary, and with the platforms you authorise us to connect to.

Artificial intelligence

Connection tokens and secrets are never passed to AI models. Only the data needed for the requested task is sent.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for the length of your subscription and as long as regulations require, and you can request export or deletion. Audit logs are kept under a defined retention policy.
