Acceptance

By using Rawaj you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate sign-up details, keeping credentials secret, and the actions taken from your account and your team's. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

Trial and subscription

The 14-day free trial starts when you create your account. Prices and limits are set out in a written quote or the in-app billing page before any payment commitment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to publish misleading or unlawful content, breach the policies of connected platforms, send spam, or attempt to access other people's data.

Integrations

Integrations depend on third-party APIs, their terms and your account's eligibility, and may change or stop on the platform's side. We do not guarantee that platforms will accept listings or campaigns.

AI and approvals

AI output is a suggestion that needs your review. Sensitive changes run only after your approval, and you are responsible for the decisions you approve.

Figures and estimates

Profitability indicators are estimates that depend on the completeness of your data, and are not financial, accounting or tax advice.

Data and ownership

Your data remains yours. We own the platform, its software and brand. You may request an export of your data when your subscription ends.

Limitation of liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care and, to the extent the law allows, are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use or from third-party platform outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes will first be settled amicably before referral to the competent authorities.
