تُبرم هذه الاتفاقية بينك («المشترك») وشركة أوجان لتقنية المعلومات، جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية («رواج»). باستخدامك المنصة أو إنشاء حساب فإنك تقرّ بقراءة هذه الشروط وقبولها، وبأنك مخوّل بالتعاقد نيابة عن المنشأة التي تمثّلها.
رواج منصة برمجية كخدمة (SaaS) تساعد بائعي أمازون على إنشاء القوائم وتحسينها، وإدارة التسعير والإعلانات، وتحليل المبيعات والأرباح والمخزون، باستخدام واجهات أمازون الرسمية ونماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
رواج ليست تابعة لشركة أمازون ولا تمثّلها. «Amazon» وشعاراتها علامات مملوكة لأصحابها.
أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك، ويُنصح بتفعيل التحقق بخطوتين.
يُمنع: محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تجاوز الحدود التقنية، إعادة بيع الخدمة دون اتفاق وكالة، استخدام المنصة في نشاط مخالف لسياسات أمازون أو لأنظمة المملكة، أو رفع محتوى ينتهك حقوق الغير.
أنت المسؤول عن التزام قوائمك ومنتجاتك بسياسات أمازون وبأنظمة هيئة الغذاء والدواء أو الجهات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.
تُولَّد العناوين والأوصاف والتوصيات آليًا، وقد تحتوي على أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة. تقع عليك مسؤولية المراجعة قبل النشر إلى أمازون.
تملك أنت المحتوى الذي تنشره، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجته وتخزينه لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
الأسعار المعروضة بالريال السعودي ولا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%)، وتُضاف عند الدفع وتظهر في فاتورة ضريبية نظامية.
الاشتراك السنوي يُحتسب بسعر عشرة أشهر ويُدفع مقدمًا. الاشتراك الشهري يتجدد تلقائيًا إن كانت لديك بطاقة محفوظة.
التجديد التلقائي: نخصم قيمة التجديد قبل انتهاء الفترة بثلاثة أيام. يمكنك إيقافه في أي وقت من صفحة الفوترة، ويسري الإيقاف على الفترة التالية.
عند فشل الدفع تُمنح فترة سماح ثلاثة أيام قبل تقييد الميزات، وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة.
تُعالج المدفوعات عبر موياسر (مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، Apple Pay). لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت، ويستمر اشتراكك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
الاشتراكات المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد عن الفترة الجارية، باستثناء الخصم المزدوج أو عطل جوهري مستمر في الخدمة من طرفنا يمنع الاستخدام؛ وفي هذه الحالات نردّ المبلغ أو نمدّد الفترة حسب الأنسب.
الفترة التجريبية مجانية وبلا التزام ولا تتطلب بطاقة.
تخضع كل باقة لحدود معلنة (عدد الحسابات، عمليات الذكاء الاصطناعي الشهرية، عدد المنتجات، أعضاء الفريق). عند بلوغ الحد نطلب الترقية.
نسعى لإتاحة 99.5% شهريًا، مع استثناء الصيانة المُعلنة وأعطال أمازون أو مزوّدي الخدمة الخارجيين.
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نضمن تحقيق مبيعات أو ترتيب معيّن أو قبول أمازون لأي قائمة.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأرباح الفائتة أو الأضرار غير المباشرة. وفي كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته فعليًا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للحادثة.
يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة جوهرية لهذه الشروط أو لسياسات أمازون أو عند عدم السداد، مع إشعارك وإتاحة تصدير بياناتك قبل الحذف.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية قبل 14 يومًا من سريانها. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد السريان يُعد قبولًا.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم مدينة جدة بالفصل في أي نزاع.
This agreement is between you ("Subscriber") and AWJAN Information Technology Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("Rawaj"). By using the platform or creating an account you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and are authorised to contract on behalf of the entity you represent.
Rawaj is a SaaS platform that helps Amazon sellers create and optimise listings, manage pricing and advertising, and analyse sales, profit and inventory, using Amazon's official APIs and AI models.
Rawaj is not affiliated with, and does not represent, Amazon. "Amazon" and its logos belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account; two-factor authentication is recommended.
Prohibited: attempting to breach the platform or bypass technical limits, reselling the service without an agency agreement, using the platform for activity that violates Amazon policy or Saudi law, or uploading infringing content.
You remain responsible for your listings and products complying with Amazon policy and with any applicable regulatory requirements.
Titles, descriptions and recommendations are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing to Amazon.
You own the content you publish and grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service.
Listed prices are in SAR and exclude 15% VAT, which is added at checkout and shown on a compliant tax invoice.
Annual subscriptions are charged at ten months' price, paid in advance. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically when a card is saved.
Auto-renew: we charge three days before the period ends. You may turn it off at any time from the billing page; it takes effect from the next period.
If a payment fails you get a three-day grace period before features are limited; your data remains intact.
Payments are processed by Moyasar (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). We do not retain your card details.
You may cancel at any time; your subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period, except for duplicate charges or a material, continuing failure of the service on our side that prevents use; in those cases we refund or extend the period, whichever is appropriate.
The trial is free, requires no card, and carries no obligation.
Each plan carries published limits (accounts, monthly AI operations, SKUs, team members). When a limit is reached we ask you to upgrade.
We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance and outages of Amazon or other third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee sales, ranking, or Amazon's acceptance of any listing.
We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. In all cases our total liability will not exceed the amounts you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event.
We may suspend an account for a material breach of these terms or of Amazon policy, or for non-payment, with notice and an opportunity to export your data before deletion.
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Jeddah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
